Package shipments and delivery times
www.trajes-medievales.com will deliver the requested products to the shipping address indicated by the customer within a maximum period of 7 working days anywhere on the peninsula. For other parts of Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) the maximum period will also be 7 working days. For other places in Europe, the deadlines will vary between 7 and 15 days.
As a general rule, packages are sent within the indicated period after receipt of payment, through our logistics department.
-Spain The cost of shipping costs will be 4€ + VAT (0,84€) for all shipments to any point on the peninsula, 12€ for the Balearic Islands; and 16€ for other parts of Spain (Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands).

Note: Shipping rates for destinations outside the EU do not include VAT, as these locations are tax-exempt. However, local customs duties and taxes may apply upon receiving your order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Returns
www.trajes-medievales.com offers a guarantee on the items, and will replace all items that are defective. If for any other reason, the customer is not satisfied with the item purchased, they may return the product, always in its original packaging in perfect condition, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of their order. The client will receive a refund of the amount. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns will not be accepted with the security seal broken or damaged.
