For other parts of Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) the maximum period will be 7 working days. For other places in Europe, the deadlines will vary between 7 and 15 days. The cost of shipping costs will be €8 for all shipments to Spanish territory, except for refunds which will be €10. Shipping costs to Europe will vary depending on the destination country.

www.Trajes-Medievales.com offers a guarantee on the items, and will replace all items that are defective. If for any other reason, the customer is not satisfied with the item purchased, they may return the product, always in its original packaging in perfect condition, within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of their order. The customer will receive a refund of the amount of the product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
